Member of section 19 (sociology) of the CNU (Comité national des Universités)

From June 2021 to December 2023: appointed member (deputy then full member) of section 19 (sociology) of the CNU (Comité national des Universités) and attendance at all sessions (except the one in May 2023), responsible for appraising: applications for qualification as a associate professor (up to 27 applications to be appraised per year), applications for promotion in grade (5 applications), applications for CRCT (leave for research and thematic conversion) (12 applications per year), applications for RIPEC or PEDR-type bonuses (around 17 applications per year).

Doctoral seminar

In charge of a doctoral seminar for the SHS doctoral school (around 500 students) for 4 years: FELIS "Teacher training and the fight against educational inequalities: from policies to practices", 2019-2023: 13 days were organised, from January 2020 to June 2023, each with three papers followed by discussions. There were up to fifty participants (in distance mode).

They brought together teacher-researchers and doctoral students from different geographical backgrounds (France, Brazil, Canada, Belgium) and disciplines (sociology, education and training sciences - particularly didactics -, history, political science), including Sandrine Garcia, Dominique Pasquier, Anne Barrère, Choukri Ben Ayed, Ludivine Balland, Frédéric Charles, Marianne Blanchard, Séverine Depoilly, Alice Olivier, Jean-François Condette, Patrick Rayou, Vincent Dupriez, Régis Mallet, Françoise Lantheaume, Gérard Sensevy, Julien Netter, Maira Mamede and Ariane Richard-Bossez.

The main themes were "Contexts of practice, beliefs and practices of teachers: what effects on inequalities in education?”; "Teacher training, digital technology and school inequalities"; "Vulnerabilities in school and training contexts"; "Teaching careers and school inequalities"; "School life and inequalities"; "School inclusion and its effects on teachers and pupils"; "School inequalities and teacher training: international perspectives"; "Teaching practices and alternative pedagogies"; "Historical approach to socio-school inequalities"; "Entering, enduring and lasting in the teaching profession".

 

Elected representative on the CIREL laboratory council :

Since 2019: Elected representative of the RECIFES team associate professors on the CIREL laboratory council: participation in meetings, decision-making, evaluation of applications for grade promotion (around 4 applications per year).
