I am an Associate Professor HDR and teach at the Faculty of Science and Technologies in the EEA department. My research activities are carried out in the IEMN laboratory (Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology - UMR 8520) and IRCICA (Institute for Research on Software and Hardware Components for Information and Advanced Communication - USR 3380) in the TELICE Group (TELecommunication, Interferences and Electromagnetic Compatibility).

I obtained my PhD in 2007 at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta (USA) and my "Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches" at the University of Lille in 2018 (qualified for University Professor in CNU 63 section).

Our latest publication “GLIP: Electromagnetic Field Exposure Map Completion by Deep Generative Networks” (Mohammed Mallik, Laurent Clavier, and Davy P. Gaillot) received the “Best (Student) Paper Award” at the IEEE Annual International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications (IEEE PIMRC 2024) held in Valencia, Italy from September 2 to 5, 2024. 

The symposium has become one of the IEEE Communications Society's (ComSoc) two major conferences in the field of wireless communications and networking.
