Associate Professor in Digital Marketing
As a digital marketing researcher of the LUMEN Lab (Axe MTD), my research focuses on digital marketing, crowdsourcing and consumer psychology. In particular, I am interested in the study of crowdsourcing, smart city, consumer e-learning, digital marketing, information processing, new technologies and learning related issues. I defended my dissertation in 2016 at the University of Namur (Belgium) and the University of Lille (France). My PhD work focused on the antecedents and consequences of consumers' e-learning processes.
As the Co-Director of the MihX Lab, I am in charge of the the development of the scientific and corporate activities of the Mihx Lab.
As an Associate Professor in digital marketing at the University of Lille (IAE Lille) and Co-Director of Studies of the MGi Bachelor Program, I am responsible for Bachelor-, Master, and PhD-level courses on customer education, market research, experimental methods, digital marketing, crowdsourcing, and negociation.
