Microwave optomechanics
We are studying the interactions between microwave phonons and very small mechanical displacements of the order of pm. Applications focus on quantum sensing and microwave signal processing.
(1) Superconducting microwave cavity coupled with nanoelectromechanical resonators
(2) 3D-Cavity coupled to nanoelectromechanical resonators
Nanoelectromechanics

The main objective is to build multifunctional NEMS networks for sensing and computing.
(1) Non-linear dynamics of coupled NEMS networks
(2) Coupled nanoelectromechanical modes for signal processing, e.g. multi-tone operations, dark modes
(3) Develop new NEMS/MEMS device scheme: double-drum resonators
