New PhD position in Buawei company
PhD Title: Towards a deep collaboration between human and digital operators on industrial assembly lines.
The Carbon team of the University of Lille offers a PhD position on the improvement of the collaboration between human and digital operators (or cyber physical systems) on industrial production/assembly lines. The Human/Machine Interactions constitute the main scientific context and background of this proposal (in particular Interactive Machine Learning). However, End-User Software Engineering and works about the concept of Trust are also of strong interest.
The PhD position is funded by the Buawei company, specialized in mobile vision devices allowing the supervision/verification of manufacturing or assembly steps within a production line.

Candidate Profile: The candidate should have a master's degree in Computer Science (or a Master of Engineering) with if possible a specialization in HCI, Software Engineering or AI.
Date: The start of the thesis would be early 2022 (negotiable), for a duration of 3 years.
