Introduction

 I am a professor of Mathematics at   the Laboratory Paul Painlevé at the  University of Lille since  september 2016. I completed  my PhD  at the centre  de Mathématiques et d'Informatique  à l'Université de Provence, under the guidance of  El Hassan Youssfi.  From 2005 to  2012 I joined  the  Analysis  Team of the  Institute  of  mathematics of Hanoi   as a regular  researcher.  From 2009 to 2016 I was an   associate professor  in the Harmonic  Analysis team  at the  department of mathematics of Orsay  at the University of Paris-Sud.
