Anja holds a joint PhD degree from the University of Cologne and Sciences Po Paris. Anja was postdoctoral fellow at the University of Oxford's Nuffield College and at the Maison française d'Oxford (OxPo Postdoctoral Programme) and Max Weber Fellow and research associate at the European University Institute.
