Research
I carry out my research activities within the ULR 2694 METRICS (Evaluation of health technologies and medical practices).
More precisely, my research work is part of the Axis 3 of the ULR 2694 METRICS : real population evaluation and is based on spatial statistics and its applications in environmental epidemiology.
In addition, I co-manage the SIGLES (Geographic Information System and Environment-Health Link) research axis. This axis aims to evaluate environmental and social inequalities in health through spatial and spatio-temporal analyses.
Spatial statistics
- Bayesian spatio-temporal models for disease mapping and ecological correlation studies
- Spatial and spatio-temporal cluster detection for high dimensional and survival data
- Spatial and spatio-temporal interoperability methods for ecological databases
Spatial epidemiology
- Analysis of associations between environmental exposure and health events using spatial and spatio-temporal approaches
- Identification of hotspots/coldspots of health/environmental events
- Methodological pipeline for spatial reuse of medico-administrative databases
