My research field is statistics for bioinformatics. More precisely, my research focuses on:
• variance modelling in differential expression analyses (transcriptomics, proteomics)
• -omic profiles clustering (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic)
• multiple change-point detection in genotyping data and peak detection in ChIP-seq data
• score building with research of biomarkers
• -omic and clinical data integration
