Agrégée in Public Law (2018), Charlotte Beaucillon is Full Professor of International and European Law at the University of Lille. She holds a Ph.D from the European University Institute in Florence (2012) and was previously an Assistant Professor at the Sorbonne Law School (Paris 1, 2013-2018). 

Specializing in international law and EU external action law, she is the author of numerous publications, including a monograph entitled Les mesures restrictives de l'Union européenne, published by the Editions Bruylant in 2013: https://cadmus.eui.eu/handle/1814/29167 

More recently, she directed the COMPLY 2018-2020 research project on unilateral and extraterritorial sanctions.
