My research focuses on the history of commercial law in the Early Modern period with particular attention to issues related to the role of money-capital, finance and speculation in legal relations. I have published a book, edited two volumes and coordinated the three-year project Histoire de l'économie sans travail, the projet PHEDRA, all dedicated to these research questions. I have directed and coordinated multiple national and international partnership programs in a collaborative and cross-border research perspective. In 2017, I was nominated Assistant of the Dean in charge of Research with functions of managing and coordinating research at Law, Political Science and Economics faculties.I am an appointed member of the National Committee of the CNRS, Law and Sociology Section.
My research activity has been rewarded by the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) in 2016 with the Médaille de Bronze.
