    Associate Professor, IAE Lille University School of Management & LUMEN research center (ULR 4999)

    I am Associate Professor (Maître de conférences) at the IAE Lille University School of Management & LUMEN research center (ULR 4999). As a Deputy Director of International Relations at the IAE Lille School of Management, I am in charge of global programs and partnerships and I do my best to develop internationalization at home and abroad so that all of our students can benefit from an international experience during their time at the IAE Lille.

    Research interests

    1. Understanding the concept of CSR, its evolution and how it impacts business organizations
    2. Competencies and strategies used by organizations to deal with situations of ambiguity in a transitioning world
    3. Governance mechanisms for more sustainable organizations, at the crossroads of public and private regulation
